Dr. Billings received his medical education from the
University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Grand
Forks, ND. He completed an
obstetrics/gynecology residency at Michigan State University in East Lansing,
Michigan. Dr. Billings joined the
Minot Center for Family Medicine and University of North Dakota School of
Medicine and Health Sciences in September 1998.
Off duty interests and activities:
Dr. Billings
is originally from California. He
lives in Minot, ND, with his wife and five children.
In his free time, Dr. Billings enjoys tennis, racquetball, reading, and
playing with his three grandchildren.
